Over the summer the family and I vacationed in Colorado. We spent most of our time in Colorado Springs and Breckenridge. There is no shortage of activities; even in the summer, these ski-towns are alive. We shopped, eat at brew-pubs, and found a really sweet arcade. Besides all of those activities, and more, we did a great deal of hiking.
There are an impressive amount of trails in Colorado. Also, there was a cycling road network that connected many of the towns. The views are amazing. This video highlights three of the trails; scroll down to see some pictures from each trail. The wife and I also did some trail running near one of the houses we stayed at, but I didn't get that on film.
