Here is an alternate Protein Waffle recipe that has great taste with half the guilt.
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes
1 tbsp Vegtible Oil
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Milk
The key to this recipe is the 50/50 mix of Bisquick and Kodiak Cake. Kodiak Cake is just fine on its own, but adding the Bisquick makes a huge difference. You can try different fruit and experiment with other additions like bacon or nuts.
Blend every thing together until smooth.
Follow your waffle makers instructions.
Serve fresh with syrup and coffee or package the waffles for later. Think past breakfast; I like to use the waffles like bread. I make PB&J's with them and sometimes use them to replace hamburger buns.
